About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to contribute to our product development and maintenance efforts. This role focuses on technical tasks within product development, production technology, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products while meeting objectives related to cost and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support category teams by being the main point of contact for technical and product design issues.
- Drive technical improvements and implement solutions in both new product development and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure optimal production techniques and automation solutions.
- Develop system solutions, drawings, production documentation, and BOMs for new and existing products.
- Perform material analyses and select appropriate materials and production processes.
- Test and verify product designs during development phases.
- Maintain and improve existing products and production tools in collaboration with the quality department.
Your Profile
- We believe that you have a relevant education, preferably in product development and design.
- We would like you to have a few years of experience in project and development work. Knowledge of materials is valuable, especially in textiles.
- You are good at running parallel projects from idea to finished product with the ability to understand processes, details and how these affect the whole.

- Familiarity with CAD tools and textile production processes is also needed.
- Furthermore, you are good at documenting systematically and understand the value of certifications and product standards/directives.
