At Bon Dep, we believe in the beauty of details. What started as a small family-owned interior shop in 2012 has evolved into a thriving international brand in the accessories industry. Our breakthrough came in 2015 when we secured the European distribution rights for KKNEKKI hair ties, setting the stage for remarkable expansion. In 2018, we launched a B2B distribution platform, expanded globally, and continued to grow our portfolio with Bon Dep Essentials, Emilia by Bon Dep, and Bon Dep Icons. Today, we proudly collaborate with 6000+ retailers across 60+ countries, and own the brand of KKNEKKI globally, our ambition is clear: to establish Bon Dep as a world-leading house of brands within the accessories market.
Based in brand new offices in Skøyen, Oslo, with a passionate team of 12 employees, we are on an exciting growth journey. Now, we are looking for a Head of Marketing to elevate our brand presence and take Bon Dep to new heights. Are you ready to lead the way in shaping the future of a global accessories?
The role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with a proven track record in building lifestyle, beauty, or fashion brands internationally. As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing our marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales for KKNEKKI, Emilia, and Bon Dep. You should be both a strategic thinker and a doer—someone who sees the big picture but also implements and executes. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive brand growth worldwide.
Key objectives & responsibilities
- Strengthen Brand Awareness – Ensure KKNEKKI has a clearly defined identity, vision, and values that resonate with its target audience
- Drive Commercial Impact – Bring a commercial mindset and a proven track record of translating marketing initiatives into measurable business growth and sales results
- Grow Social Media & Digital Presence – Develop and execute a structured strategy to increase followers on SoMe platforms and enhance email marketing effectiveness
- Leverage Partnerships, Brand Ambassadors & PR – Identify ways to capitalize on partnerships to amplify reach and awareness
- Develop & Implement Brand Strategy – Establish brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for KKNEKKI, Emilia, and Bon Dep across all customer touchpoint
- Optimize Market Expansion & Retail Presence – Tailor brand-building strategies for key international markets, enhance physical retail presence, and explore new trade show opportunities
- Enhance E-Commerce & Customer Experience – Work on website optimization, user experience, and conversion improvement in collaboration with the digital team
Who we’re looking for
- A marketing professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in lifestyle, beauty, or fashion brands
- A strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Experience in brand building, digital marketing, and international market expansion
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and adjust strategies based on performance insights
Our office is in Oslo. For the right candidate, we will consider someone based in e.g. Stockholm, Gothenburg or Copenhagen, but you must be willing to travel to Oslo 2–3 days weekly when needed.
